Mr. Cater has been a practicing certified public accountant for over ten years and has served many small to mid-sized businesses including companies that he was instrumental in startup as a lead entrepreneur. These experiences provide a depth of business knowledge with practical flair. His hands on experience developed valuable skills and knowledge for serving as a consultant for small to mid sized business and professional practices. Mr. Cater is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as a member of its Tax Section. He is also a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA) and has served as the chapter president. He is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
