I am a CPA who just returned to public practice after working for a former client for 2 years. I have 20 years of experience dealing with all types of individual, corporation, and S corp returns and issues. I have extensive experience dealing with the IRS and other taxing authorities including representing clients being examined. My practice has been built on providing highly personalized service to clients of all income levels and backgrounds. I believe in being proactice to finacial concerns rather than being reactive.
