Banking smart

I started like nobody in bank 6 month ago and now I am going for supervisor position. To get hired I had to go throughg 3 different kind of bosses to get where I a now. First I had meeting with Branch meneger, then division meneger and then regon meneger who said I dont have enough expierienc in this work sphere. I decided to take one more chance, so I went to their job fair and I told them that i dont know I have no expierience but I also know that I can do this job. I was hired. now i am going for supervisor position and tehn branch meneger. 19 yeears old you might think that i am a joke and cant do anything but here is qualities that i think will change your mind. 1. hard working 2. know what I am doing 3. know what I want later in life 4. can help out with my advice 5. young and energetic 6. i hate loosing If this still havent convinced you there is no point for you wasing time i bet there is someone who will give the right advice and i hope it will be good one too.
