Minimizing taxes for individuals and businesses

I offer advice on almost all federal tax issues aside from estate taxes and international taxation. As a licensed Utah CPA, I prefer to limit my state tax advice to Utah. I would recommmend seeking a local tax professional within your state for your specific state tax advice. My specialization is small business taxation. I provide bookkeeping and consulting services for many small business in four different states so I am familiar with many of the accounting and federal tax issues these businesses face. I also do individual returns for many of these business owners. I have reviewed other accountant's tax returns and would be happy to do so for you. I tend to be very detailed in my review.
